I want to highly recommend Busytown Bikes! Kim and Frank were fantastic in helping find the right bike for me and set it up with accessories....I am so happy with my experience there and with my new bike!!!

I highly recommend Busytown Bikes. The owner Frank is the ultimate professional and and a man of his word. He worked with me after-hours to ensure my son was able to get his dream bike. Service, reliability and follow-up are second to none. Best bike shop experience we’ve ever had.

Last year my grandson drove my daughter's adult trike to Busytown bikes and we received expert care and service. This year, her bike had an issue that meant we could not move the wheels on the bike to have anyone ride it over. Frank worked hard to get a time to come pick it up and bring it over. This kind of service is exceptional. I would like to thank him for going the extra mile to help us out. Thank you.

Frank is by far the most personable bike shop owner i have dealt with. He really enjoys the ride and is super stoked. Always personally inviting me to group rides and fixing my bike on a whim. I have been to other bike shops where all they care about is the bottom line and selling me unnecessary equipment or overcharging on repairs (I've even had a bike shop hold my bike hostage before) NOT FRANK! He is there to give his expert advice (he's been in the game since a weee lad) and keep me informed on the latest MTB technology. 6 stars to Frank and his bike shop!
